Brief description

Producers of speciality cows and goats cheeses. Mould ripened goats cheese, Farmhouse Cheddars. All suitable for vegetarians, all GM and Nut free. All products are handmade using traditional techniques. We have an on site lab which allows us to constantly monitor quality and safety.

Great Cornish Cheeses

This company make me proud to be Cornish, indeed British, we don't need French Brie when we have these marvellous cheeses at home. I contacted the company for some information and they were helpful, polite and sent me a range of recipe cards. They have my vote any day of the week.
