• Excellent cut

  After searching in Cornwall for a decent hairdressers, (and have tried many others in the area), I have been delighted with both the cut and the personal service I have received, yes they are a busy salon, and you may have to wait but all of the staff and customers are delightful!!

• Excellent Service!!

  I have had my hair cut at Rococo for years and years. They are ALWAYS lovely people. I have had fantastic cuts on every occasion. They are a very busy salon as they are so good and often I wait, but its kind of like the difference between MacDonalds and a Michelin star restaurant, you can have plastic robotic service & fast bad food or understand that good food is worth waiting for. I find the service and treatment at Rococo very personal and could not disagree with you more. Sorry you had a bad time there but try it again, they really are fab. I used to travel for 2 and a half hours to have my hair cut here!

• extremely bad customer service

  my experience here was very distressing.I had booked for my 21st birthday to have my hair styled.I was told that they were running late and to come back in half an hour i had no apology I found it a very uncomfatable atmosphere and unwelcoming i went elsewhere. My mother rang to speak to the manager and was told by him he thought that this was acceptable and to go else where if we didnt lke it. I certaintly wont be going there or recommended it. I would like to thank the them for spoiling my 21st!
