  • 2 Probably can't spell Customer Service !!

    Ongoing now but worth a warning now also. Advice from staff was taken for a car bulb. Bought but could not fit as wrong bulb. Bought elsewhere. Went back for refund (albeit no receipt but not opened and sticker on packet still attached saying 'motorworld £7.99) Told - sorry no receipt so no refund but credit voucher. (Against Sale of goods act). So ! They advised - I bought - wrong bulb - no refund !!! Asked for address of head office and the assistant just glibly pointed at a poster with the address on. Ongoing.
