friendly and fun with fast results

I went to one class which was recommended to me. This was 3 weeks ago. Since that first class i have now built up to 5 classes a week with a view to increasing this. I go back as they seem so pleased to see you, they are warm and encouraging. Which is what you need when you are so far out of your comfort zone! The results are fantastic. I feel much more confident, alert and supple. I have even lost 13cm off by chest and dropped 2 dress sizes! If you are thinking about joining in one of their sessions, then don't, ..... just do it.

fitness and fun

If you are looking for a fun place to workout, where their is a good atmosphere, challenging workout and a sense of humour then give motivation fitness a ring to book a class. You wont be disappointed. Also yoga and pilates and a sunbed. Good value at only £3.50 per class.
