I used to work for these people and they have a "cash back" policy which is based on the fact that they think you will not claim, when they do the head office stalls the claim for 2 months or does not pay. If the sales person has not copied your ID proofs correctly they will not pay aswell. In short if you want a mobile phone go to a network or carphone warehouse. steer clear of these.
