Disappointingly late... twice
I have just used this taxi firm for a family get together and have been very disappointed. I paid in advance for two taxis to get our party of 12 to Falmouth and back. On both journeys one taxi arrived on time but the other one was half an hour late. On chasing the taxi I was told it was 10 minutes away in Penryn only to see it on their tracker half an hour away in Flushing. I will not be using this firm again.

Very disorganised. I had an account with this company and they managed to bill the same jobs twice sometimes, every trip even though same distance priced differently. For out of town jbs, most expensive i have found. Although when i rang about my bill, they did rectify the mistakes - found them devious disorganised and late. The owner even instructed the manager to go behind my back and ask my old driver if i paid my accounts. Wouldnt advise, may be biggest, but far from best
