Pointless
Using...........guffaw.....'manage your parcel' I asked for parcel to be left with neighbour, as I was away; I came home to three missed delivery cards and an instruction to collect from depot, 13 miles away, with limited opening hours. 'live chat' reiterated this information, and led me to the conclusion that I will never, use this 'courier' or retailers who use it, ever again.

automated money making call to them when you call them, crimial!!!! they do not answer the local office phone number, absolute waste of time . DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

Yodel
My small less than 8 oz parcel delivered by Yodel, went from Leominster to Gloucester 36 miles. Gloucester to Oldham 150 miles, then Oldham to Truro 360 miles. Finally Truro to me 14 miles a total of 560 miles. I live 186 miles from it's starting point. Poor thing was tired when it got here. What's wrong with Royal Mail?

Laziest and worst courier service EVER
Made no real attempt to find us. Didn't bother to answer the phone. Registered the order as delivered to Amazon. These people are monumentally lazy and verging on the criminal. Our strong advice is to do no business with these cowboys ever.

Really do not bother trying to contact them as they never answer the phone also in this day and age why can't they tell you if its going to AM or PM puck up or delivery instead of having you wait around all day not really with a star rating

Delivery Times
Although retired it is very frustrating to have no idea what time of the day I can expect a delivery. I work voluntarily for a charity and I just cannot stay in all day. Other companies manage, so why can't Yodel? It's not the drivers' fault, but they're the ones who take the flack because they're the only ones you can speak to. If you're in!!

Disgrace
This company cannot be contacted. Don't bother phoning them. They didn't deliver or leave a calling card. My reference number to track the parcel only lasted for 24 hrs. Where is my parcel.? I'll probably never know because, YOU CANT CONTACT THEM even worse than City Link

Phone number disconnected
The phone number on this site does not work - no doubt because Yodel have 087 numbers now which generate revenue for them when you phone to ask where your parcel is! They are a useless bunch of incompetent a*******s whose phone system is designed to make them inaccessible. Do not do business with suppliers who use this truly dreadful company.
